How to use:
Perfective Eye Shadow Primer should be applied before applying the shadow. Apply a thin layer and wait for it to dry. If you’re also applying a base cream, apply Perfective Eye Shadow Primer first, then apply your makeup as usual. Close the tube securely after use.
